I had multiple companies come out and quote our back yard for turf. They were very competitive and with their coupon you just couldn't beat the price. The sales rep was wonderful and I didn't feel like I was getting a high pressure sales job when I went in the showroom. Install crew was great and they got it done in 2 days. I would highly recommend them. We had one small thing I called about after the install and they were back out there within a couple of days to fix and all is great! They stand by their product.

Wow, there is so much to love about this turf style. We use it throughout multiple vacation home rental properties and couldn't be happier with the overall look, lack of maintenance needed and overall cost of upkeep savings. The clincher was all the environmental benefits, especially the USDA rating, which helped us make the decision.

The parents love to see the safe, clean and green surface their little ones will be playing on and the children absolutely love the fun colors we've incorporated too. When I was looking for the right fit for my child there were several options in my area, some better than others. The daycare we decided to go with had this cool looking fake grass so out of curiosity I asked the teacher where they got it and they said SYNlawn. It pretty much helped me make up my mind considering the other schools had mulch, dirt and gravel for the kids. Not for mine, that is for sure.

SYNLawn was installed at my office location seven months ago. There is a lot of foot traffic at my corner location. The product has maintained its appearance. I hear many compliments from folks passing by as well as from my patients. Needless to say, my water and maintenance bills have plummeted to zero since installation!

We own two large dogs and for years we fought with trying to keep our backyard looking green and clean. Since we had SYNLawn installed the cleaning of waste is easier, no muddy areas. Over all much more hygienic then before. Dealing with Chesapeake Bay Synthetic Landscapes was also wonderful experience. They did a great job installing and have been following up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy.

I recently had my synlawn (SYNTipede 214) installed by Chesapeake bay Synthetic Landscapes. Now my back yard is no longer muddy or soggy. We just had a complete nightfall and day of rain and it still is not feeling "wet", I walk on it barefoot and the kids play on it having tons of fun. I am so excited at the prospects of being able to have a normal summer with outside play, pool time and running through the sprinklers without getting muddy. My favorite features are, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, (so green and pretty), soft for the kids to play, easy to maintain, no chemicals needed to maintain it, and the drainage which is essential while living in a wet zone. I highly recommend this for anyone with a small or large yard who are just tired of spending endless amounts of money trying to maintain a regular lawn.

I was skeptical at first, I mean fake grass? Come on right? But, it didn't take long to realize this is the best decision we've ever made. Soft and fun, it really feels like we've brought the outdoors inside.

Why didn't I discover this product earlier? After years of students tracking mud into the classroom, that issue was basically eliminated after having this grass installed. What a difference! Looks great too.

My school replaced the old dirt, gravel, mulch play surface with this playground grass and the results were immediately noticiable. We used to get at least 1 injury a day with kids having to visit the nurse. Now its more like once every other week. Cannot recommend this product highly enough.

If you haven't replaced your play area surface with this turf grass you'll want to do your research and improve the overall safety for everyone. We found Synlawn to have the best quality made product with safety features the others just didn't have. We couldn't be more pleased.
