The Canarelli winery is famous for their Figari wines which, like Ajaccio, is found in the southern part of the island of Corsica. Figari wines are famously grown on granit soils just like the wines you find in Ajaccio. However, in Bonifacio, the city and appellation at the very southern end of the island uniquely
