2022 Cré Nouveau Syrah on Wurundjeri CountrySyrah grown on the northern end of the Dixons Creek valley. Gentle south facing slopes in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Red clay loam soils. Handpicked and fermented as whole bunches. Very gently transferred to fermenters, taking great care care to not break open berries. Sealed under blanket of CO2 for 10 days for carbonic maceration before being pressed to tank. Post ferment transferred to old oak for 2 months. Clone PT23 Vine Age 40
