Located across 4 hectares in Ammerschwihr, the domaine integrates biodiversity into their vineyards by planting trees and using their mare, Iris, to work the land. Le Schlouk 2023 is a blend of 80% Gewrztraminer and Riesling, grown on clay, limestone, and granite soils. The grapes are direct pressed and spend a year aging in Foudre.
