The previous owner wasn't sure if these are bear claws or wild eyes. There is Willie Yazzie's tiny gourd dipper hallmark stamped on the back. Date unknown; he was born in Chinle, AZ in 1928, used the gourd hallmark starting sometime in the 1950's or 60's, and died in 1999. This buckle in quite good vintage
