Gyokuro alishan Wild dark cherry tasting blackJapan's highest grade tea, Gyokuro or "Jade Dew" is sweeter and less astringent than other green teas. This is accomplished by covering the tea fields with bamboo or mesh netting for a few weeks before harvest. Ideally, this tea is brewed at a low temperature, 160 degrees. Grown in Shizuoka.
