To be eligible, personnel must have served in one of the following: Operation Allied Force; Operation Joint Guardian; Operation Allied Harbor; Operation Sustain Hope Shining Hope; Operation Noble Anvil; or Kosovo Task Force Hawk, Saber, Falcon, Joint
